Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Topup More website and services ("Topup More", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Topup More, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. We may offer additional terms for specific features; where they apply, they form part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Your Account
To use Topup More you must be able to form a legally binding contract. If you are a minor under applicable law, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. The Service
Topup More is an online store that sells in-game top-up packages, digital game items, and redeemable game codes and digital gift cards for third-party games and platforms. Depending on the product, items are delivered either directly to your game account or as a redeemable code or voucher.
We are an independent reseller. We are not the publisher of any game and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any game publisher or platform unless expressly stated.
4. Wallet & Top-ups
You may add balance to a wallet held in your account and use it to pay for purchases on Topup More.
- The wallet balance is store credit that can be used only to buy products on Topup More. It is not a bank deposit, electronic money, or withdrawable cash, and it earns no interest.
- Your balance and every credit or debit are recorded in an append-only ledger; the balance shown is the sum of that ledger.
- We may set reasonable limits on top-ups and balances, and may hold or reverse amounts arising from error, fraud, or chargebacks.
5. Loyalty Points
We may offer a loyalty programme under which you earn points (for example, TM points) for qualifying activity.
- Points are a promotional reward. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to another person.
- How points are earned and what they can be redeemed for is set by the current programme rules, which we may change at any time.
- Points may expire, and may be reduced or forfeited if your account is closed or is involved in fraud or abuse.
6. Orders & Delivery of Digital Goods
When you place an order, you must provide the correct information needed to deliver it — for example your in-game user ID, server or region, and any other required details. For products delivered as a code or voucher, the code is made available to you after payment.
- Delivery is made to the account you specify, or provided to you as a code or voucher, as applicable. It is usually immediate and automatic once payment is confirmed, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be delayed.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information you provide.
- Once an order is placed it may not be possible to cancel or change it, because delivery can be immediate. Codes or vouchers that have already been revealed or redeemed cannot be returned.
7. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and may change at any time before you complete a purchase. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout.
- You may pay using the methods we offer, including your wallet, QR PromptPay, mobile banking, or card.
- You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown.
- You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are digital and delivered to your specified account or as a code, all purchases and top-ups are final and non-refundable once delivered.
If an order fails, is not delivered, is duplicated, or is charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and put it right on a case-by-case basis — for example by re-delivering the item or crediting your wallet. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of Thailand.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Topup More for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. In particular, you must not:
- use stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods, or initiate abusive chargebacks;
- use the service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity;
- resell or commercially exploit products or the service without our permission;
- use bots, scripts, or exploits, or attempt to manipulate prices, promotions, or balances;
- attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ accounts.
10. Third-party Games & Risks
Each game or platform is operated by its own publisher under its own rules. Topping up or using third-party services may, for some games, carry a risk that the publisher restricts or bans the account. We do not control third-party games and are not responsible for the acts, policies, or decisions of any publisher, including suspension of your game account. You are responsible for complying with the rules of the games you play.
11. Intellectual Property
Game titles, logos, characters, and related content are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. The Topup More name, logo, website, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; no other rights are granted.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any product will meet your expectations.
13. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topup More will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a transaction is limited to the amount you paid for that transaction.
You agree to indemnify and hold Topup More harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.
14. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or where required by law. We may also withhold or reverse balances or orders connected to such activity. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
15. Changes, Governing Law & Contact
We may modify the service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
